Shipping

• Free shipping applies only to items in the online store that can be shipped via parcel.
• Machinery, heavy equipment, and bulky accessories(e.g., sawmills, wood processors, etc.)are not eligible for free delivery and require a specific agreement.
• Free shipping is available in Quebec and Ontario for eligible items from the Online Store ONLY

Transportation

• We use reliable carriers such as GLS, Dicom, and Purolator.
• Canada Post is used only as a last resort, when other carriers do not serve the destination.
• Shipping Policy
  To ensure fast and secure service, we ship your orders through our trusted partners: GLS, Dicom (Intelcom), and Purolator. Canada Post is used specifically to serve remote areas not covered by our other carriers.
  Typical processing times:
  • Parts (online orders): 3 to 5 business days.
  • Blades: 5 to 7 business days.
  Variations and Liability:
  Final delivery times may vary depending on seasonal factors, peak periods, and the customer’s location. Please note that our company is not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers.

Monitoring and Assurance

• Atracking numbercan be providedupon request.
• By default, shipments are sentwithout insurance.
• Insurance is available upon request, atthe customer's expense.

Returns and Exchanges

• No returns or refunds are accepted, except in the following cases:
  • due to a shipping error on our part
  • defective product upon receipt

Our mistake

• MonBois.ca covers the return shipping costs
• MonBois.ca will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product

Defective product

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• MonBois.ca ships the replacement product
• No refunds are offered

Any claims must be madewithin a reasonable time after receipt.

• Parts are guaranteedonly for the specified make and model.
• We do not guarantee compatibilitywith other brands or models.
